Born and raised in South Auckland, growing up on the streets of Manurewa in the 80's &90's, I was one of four brothers with dreams to make it out of the cycle we had been born into.

Fast forward 21 years, and I've lived up to the stereotype and dropped out of Uni and ran away to Australia.

It's 2008 and I have fallen into a career in hospitality where I meet my late, great mentor Vikas Malhotra.

The next 12 years would be the biggest period of change and growth I've ever experienced.

12 years, 11 jobs, 23 countries, 6 weeks homeless, 3 times fired, countless staff led, hundreds of leaders developed, millions of dollars made for other people.

Then in 2019, while enjoying a much deserved holiday in Dubai and India with Claire, I started receiving emails from the owners of the hotel I was General Manager for asking why I wasn't in the hotel and that how could I take leave.

It was at this point I realised that this would be my life forever if I didn't go out on my own.

So, I quit 9 months later and Claire and I moved back to New Zealand in October 2019.

I started building my Personal Brand on LinkedIn and at networking events and by the time covid had us locked down I had people asking me to help them do the same for them.

It's now almost 5 years since we moved to New Zealand and I have 35 in the team, turnover 7-figures, a purpose built dream studio in Grey Lynn, an office in New York, helping brands build their audiences through organic content strategies.
